CONDOMINIUM INSPECTION: Under 1750 Sq. Ft. $240.00

(For each additional 500 Sq. Ft. add an additional $20.00)

RE-INSPECTIONS: $70.00

PEST AND DRYROT INSPECTION: $100.00

Payment by cash or check due upon completion of the inspection.
